DIRECTIONS

From I-84 East: Take Exit 11, make left onto 9D South (last exit before the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge). Follow 9D South, go to first traffic light after intersection for 84 (Southern Dutchess Country Club on right), at light make a left onto Verplank Avenue. At second traffic light on Verplank, make left onto Mattewean Road, follow Mattewean Road appx. 1/2 mile, Beacon High on left.

From I-84 West: Go over the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge, and take the first exit out of the toll booths to get on Route 9D South. Then follow directions from above. From the North: Take Rt. 9 South to 9D South. Follow Rt. 9D South, go to first traffic light after intersection for 84 (Southern Dutchess Country Club on right), at light make a left onto Verplank Avenue. At second traffic on Verplank, make left onto Mattewean Road, follow Mattewean Road appx. 1/2 mile, Beacon High on left.

From the South: Take Rte 9 North, to Rte 403, make left onto 403, follow to Rte 9D, make a right onto 9D North, follow through Cold Spring into Beacon (you will go around a large curve, Bob's Corner Store on right), you will come to a traffic light on bridge, make second right after traffic light, onto Rt. 52/Teller Avenue, (George Washington Monument in center island), go to second traffic light, make left onto Verplank Avenue (old Beacon High on corner), then make second right onto Mattewean Road, follow Mattewean approx. 1/2 mile, Beacon High on left.
